Athens ‘Eleftherios Venizelos’ International Airport has been named the best in the “15 – 25 Million Passengers/Year” category at the 2017 Airport Service Quality (ASQ) Awards held by the Airports Council International (ACI) World.

The announcement comes as Athens saw an increase in passenger traffic for February 2018 by 6.5 percent, mainly due to a sharp rise in international arrivals.
