“Donate blood - Save a Life – Give Blood” was the slogan adopted by Leptos Estates for their 14th Annual Blood Donation which was organized by the management and employees of the company in collaboration with the Paphos Coordinating Committee of Blood Donation (SEAD) and supported by the medical team of the Paphos IASIS Hospital.
The blood donation, took place at the Leptos Group’s Headquarters in Paphos, with the intention to support the Blood Bank of the Paphos General Hospital and to help Leptos employees and their families as well as those in need.
Mrs. Stella Delistikou , Human Resources senior officer on behalf of Leptos Estates, stated that “Many employees volunteered to give blood again this year. Blood donation is one of the most significant contributions that a person can make towards society. The main purpose of the blood donation is to help ensure an adequate supply for accident victims, people needing surgery and people suffering from certain diseases. We are very proud, there are many blood donors in our company and generally in our Group . For us at Leptos Estates it’s a joy to give blood. We always keep our Blood Bank Shelves full because someone always needs blood somewhere.”
Blood donation, added Mrs. Delitsikou is one of the noblest and greatest donations a person can make. Blood donation is the mother of all donations.
