Further to the official assignment of the completion of the luxurious development project
Limassol Del Mar to the Cypriot construction company Atlas Pantou Co Ltd and the three international construction giants MAN Enterprise, ICM Group and CMB Società Cooperativa, the works at the construction site are currently intensively active. Providing priority to deadlines and delivery targets aiming the summer of 2019, the Consortium of Leptos and D. Zavos Groups took immediate action.
Right after the letter of award of the fully licensed project was signed, the Consortium companies, in collaboration with the architectural team and the local authorities, undertook all the necessary measurements and procedures towards creating an efficient, effective and safe construction site.
Based on the scheduled construction works plan, phase one will be concluded and delivered in the summer of 2019, whereas phase two within 2020. It is worth highlighting the fact that the delivery deadlines set, are considered the fastest in the Cypriot market. The initial phase includes the completion and delivery of the 17-story tower, the ground floor which will host the shops and restaurants, the parking spaces and the third floor, where all facilities and apartments of the first tower will be located.
The second phase includes the delivery of all apartments of the “Signature Collection”; the second tower consisting of 27 floors.
After the immense success of apartment sales of Phase I, the success continues with the sales of the second tower called “The Signature Collection” exceeding every expectation and company target. The overall investment is covered by the income from the apartment sales, which already ensures the completion of the project’s construction. The two-to-five bedroom apartments hosted in this luxurious “collection” have first class specifications and privileged view to the sea.
