Limassol Del Mar: The 1st official construction timelapse

As soon as the letter of awards between the Cypriot Atlas Pantou Co Ltd and the three international construction giants MAN Enterprise, ICM Group and CMB Società Cooperativa was announced, the Consortium of Leptos and D. Zavos Groups immediately took action, undertaking all the necessary measures and procedures towards creating an efficient, effective and safe construction site with the collaboration of the architectural team and the local authorities.

Based on the timelapse video, the progress of the Limassol Del Mar project within a short period of time is worth-mentioning and based on the overall construction works plan, phase one will be concluded and the luxury apartments will be delivered to their owners by 2019, whereas phase two within 2020. The initial phase includes the completion and delivery of the 17-story tower, the ground floor, which will host the shops and restaurants, the parking spaces and the third floor, where all facilities and apartments of the first tower will be located. These deadlines are considered the fastest in the Cypriot market.
