The presence of Leptos Estates at the "International Real Estate" and "Moscow International Property Show" which took place this month in Ukraine and Russia respectively was marked with great success.
During the two exhibitions the Group presented its latest modern developments not only in Paphos and Limassol but also in Chania and Santorini, areas which attract tens of thousands of visitors and tourists as well as real estate buyers and investors.
As part of the Group's efforts to set up its operations in these two countries, to consolidate the good relations and cooperation, a large number of meetings were held with big investors and well known real estate agents as well as journalists from all major media.
In his statement, the Manager of the Group in Eastern Europe Mr. Andreas Santis said “Our participation in both exhibitions was very successful as guests were very impressed by the quality of our new projects, the affordable prices and the easy payment facilities offered. The same time we are creating and improving good relations and cooperation with our existing and new business partners. These exhibitions have yet for another year attracted high quality visitors and potential buyers who have shown great interest in having a property under the sun. Our Group since the early 1990s continues to show strong momentum in the former Soviet Union, particularly Russia and Ukraine, in which it maintains its own offices in central areas of Moscow and Kiev.
