A second major investment by investors and well known businessmen and big Investors from Asia adds to the successes of Leptos Estates in Paphos within only a few months. This is another positive sign shown by large foreign organisations towards the Leptos Group after their recent participation in the development of a large seaside plot of Leptos Estates in Kissonerga.
This major new investment was made on another seaside plot owned by the Group in the area of Coral Bay. The new investors as well as the previous ones have shown absolute confidence in Leptos Estates allowing the Group to remain as the Managing Director, Developer and Sales Manager of the entire project. Mr. Pantelis Leptos, on behalf of the Group, stated that "The strong international interest in new investment moves by large organizations and entrepreneurs has picked up recently and the Leptos Group has managed within a few months to lock two major investments where the entire amounts have been collected, awaiting a third investment which this time seems to be from Eastern Europe.”
Mr. Leptos also stated that the Leptos Group has over the years built firm confidence and security in the investment options it provides. “The trust of our customers in the construction quality, the high aesthetic standards of our projects and our experience of more than fifty-five years gives us optimism for the continuation of our efforts to a new era for our Group and the Property Development sector of our Island.”
