Leptos Estates went ahead with the opening of their new offices in Ukraine as a response to the increased interest in investments and property demand.

The new offices of the Leptos Group in Kiev, confirms the significance that the Group shows in the former countries of the Soviet Union where some latest patterns (new flights, issuing of multiple visas, visits by political and commercial professionals, the twinnings of cities) indicate points of high touristic movement, increase of interest for investments as well as purchasing of properties with the intention of permanent residency on our island.
