Ryanair just announced its summer 2021 program.
It is the largest summer program to date in Greece. Chania airport is once again one of the three bases of Ryanair in Greece connecting Chania with 17 destinations across Europe with 36 weekly flights. Santorini will also be connected to 8 International destinations with 15 weekly flights.
This is a firm vote of confidence of the Irish carrier to Greek tourism and Crete in particular. At the same time, reports from the largest tour operators of Europe, namely TUI and Apollo place Crete at the top of the list of summer destinations. Tourism in Crete seems poised to recover faster than any other destination.
