Communal Property Management

Vesta Holidays is responsible for managing all the communal areas of all Leptos complexes. This includes amongst others, to maintain all common areas, cleaning and maintaining the swimming pool daily, cleaning roads, pavements, corridors and stairs, the roofs and of course gardening of the common gardens. Furthermore, we perform regularly pest control and general repairs and maintenance whenever required.
 

Swimming Pool Maintenance

Using only the finest industrial-strength pool chemicals and materials, Vesta holidays maintains your water clarity and sanitation while providing complete cleaning service for your pool. We remove all debris from your pool, brush where necessary and maintain your filtration system. We add the best water clarifier on the market to aid in filtration and to make your water sparkle. We inspect all pool systems and components to ensure proper operation.

Landscaping

We design, organize and construct your garden to fit your personal preferences within your allocated budget. Our trained landscapers, specializes in designing and constructing gardens for residential and commercial properties of any shape and size. Vesta Holidays focuses in designing and building unique, affordable, water-wise and low maintenance gardens.
 
 
 

Utilities

Payment of accounts and invoices on a regular basis (municipal taxes, electricity / water / telephone bills, home insurance). An advance deposit is needed before this facility is made available. Payment of bills can be made as long as there are available funds in client's account.

Cleaning Services

Cleaning services are separated into 3 types.
  • Monthly cleaning – for properties which are left vacant for long periods
  • cleaning is done once a month at the end of each month.
  • Arrival / departure cleaning – for properties that are in continual use.
  • Cleaning of property charged per hour, as per owner's specifications.
  • We also provide laundry service for linen (supplied by owner).
We also provide welcome Food parcels ordered and delivered prior to guest arrival.
