The Greek Foreign Ministry have announced that Bank of China plans to open a branch in Greece.
Bank of China is one of the four biggest state-owned commercial banks in China. Forbes ranked Bank of China number 8 in the ‘Global 2000- The World’s Largest Public Companies’ for 2019.
The news came after a meeting between Minister Nikos Dendias and Bank of China-Europe head Zhou Li Hong, which was also attended by Deputy Foreign Minister Kostas Fragogiannis.
