The Leptos Group of companies organized last weekend a tree planting event entitled “Green Festival Celebration” in the Coral Bay area, dedicated to the enrichment of the natural environment of Cyprus.
The weekend commenced with a press conference at the
Coral Beach Hotel and Resort where the founder of the Group, Mr. Michael Leptos announced the activities of his Group as well as for the weekend and emphasized the importance of the event. Planting trees and adding to the flora and fauna of the area of Paphos is part of the Leptos Group’s strategy to enhance the natural environment.
The event programme also included a Retro Photo Exhibition “Kyrenia – Paphos, Beloved Home Towns” and a blessing by His Grace the Archbishop Chrysostomos II. The minister of finance Mr. Haris Georgiades was also present along with other politicians, Paphos Authorities and representatives of the Media from all over Cyprus.
Nature lovers and environmental enthusiasts along with their families came to plant trees and enjoy the festivities of the day.
