Leptos Estates adds another three significant awards to its collection

Leptos Estates obtains another three significant awards in this years “European Property Awards”. The awards are due to take place in an online virtual ceremony on the 2nd of December.
The Company was recognised in the categories, “Residential High-Rise Development” for its top-tier landmark development Limassol Blu Marine and “Residential Development” for its award-winning development Kamares Village also for its luxurious beachfront project Aphrodite in Chania, Greece.
Over the years Leptos Estates has received numerous awards. Last year alone the company received three awards during the European Property Awards 2020-2021 in the categories “Residential Development Cyprus” & “Residential Interior Private Residence” – for its luxury beachfront project of Adonis Beach Villas and “Residential High-Rise Architecture” - for its Limassol Blu Marine project. The Group also received the Cyprus Export Award for Services (2018). This is the third time Leptos Estates has received the award. The company was previously awarded in 2012 and 2016 respectively. Additionally, the Leptos Group received the first Environmental Award for the Second Year in a Row along with the first prize in the category “Best Land Development / Construction” at the 13th annual IN Business Awards.
