Paphos Maintains its Position as the Most Popular Spot to Overseas Buyers & Investors
Paphos is in the lead as the most popular district for overseas buyers from Europe and Non-Europeans by 42.0% in comparison to Limassol which follows with 27.8%. Larnaca is 3rd with 15.5% and lastly Famagusta with 7.7 % and Nicosia with just 7.0%.
During the first nine months of 2019, the number of total sales has reached 7,736.
Condor to Lay on Eight Extra Flights Between Paphos and Four German Cities
An agreement has been reached by the ministry of tourism and Hermes Airports with the German airline Condor for the launch of eight new flights to and from Paphos during the period April – November 2020, it was announced on Thursday.
New Record Tourist Arrivals in September, and For First Nine Months
Tourist arrivals in Cyprus reached a new record in September, with 524,707 travellers compared with 520,138 in September 2018.
Moody’s Changes Outlook to ‘Positive’ on Better Fiscal and Lower Risks
Rating agency Moody’s changed the outlook for the Cypriot economy to positive from stable, citing the reduction of the sovereign exposure to event risks stemming from the banking sector and the improving fiscal strength beating previous expectations.
