Pantelis Leptos, Chairman of the Cyprus Land and Building Developers Association (LBDA) and Director of the Leptos Group during the 2nd Cyprus International Investors Summit which took place in Limassol on the 11-13 September stated that “Based on recent years’ experience, all investors who have invested into large scale projects with our company were people that had previously bought a Leptos property.”
Mr. Leptos highlighted that all investment indicators were positive, but although real estate sales registered spectacular year on year growths, there were still 67% below peak levels of 2007, thus leaving a good prospect for further growth.
